Senior Project Manager

Do you thrive in a fast moving environment and have a passion for collaboration? Your role as a Senior Project Manager will bring you to the forefront of our latest projects, and you’ll direct traffic for our designers and developers. You’ll move projects forward (on time and on the budget, of course) and maintain active communication with stakeholders to ensure clients are delivered what they need while exceeding their expectations.

What we need
  • Experience in web, mobile and eCommerce technologies in an agile environment
  • Produce and maintain project requirements according to briefs
  • Manage the relationship between stakeholders, clients, internal and offshore team members
  • Inform stakeholders of progress and issues as they arise, while escalating issues early to the appropriate team member
  • Facilitate meetings and maintain minutes
  • Oversee every element of a project’s lifecycle
What you’ll have
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Minimum 7-8+ years experience in web/mobile/software development
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in project management
  • PMP or ACP-PMI or CSM certification
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with API and third-party solution implementation
  • Complete knowledge of start-to-finish project tasks across multiple digital disciplines
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Google Analytics and budget/time tracking tools (MS Project, Basecamp or JIRA)

Business Development Manager

  • Assess client’s needs and propose custom-tailored solutions to overcome challenges and meet objectives
  • Set sales meetings for account executive team
  • Proactively seek out and uncover new ways to drive revenue
  • Ability to lead sales presentations, both over the phone and in-person
  • Meet and exceed goals and track progress
What you’ll have
  • 2+ years relevant experience in a B2B sales role preferably in the digital space.
  • Outstanding ability to develop and maintain client relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of website design and development (WordPress, Magento), branding and digital marketing (SEO, PPC, content, video)
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
  • Desire for continuous learning, improvement and overall career growth
